Bradley 54,814 Posted February 20, 2019 Share Posted February 20, 2019 You guys, it's already incredible for a Lady Gaga film debut to get 8 Academy Award nominations, including Best Actress and Best Original Song for her. Every year, winners are selected for each category and that means four other nominees will leave the Oscars empty-handed, but they're still Academy Award-nominees after all. I personally think that actors who get to be recognised by the Oscars are so great that it's hard and even unnecessary to distinguish between who's better and who's less good. I know right, few months ago before the movie dropped we were hoping for a 70% RT and Gaga not to get slammed by critics.
