Spoiler Love the looks - but it doesn't give me the same excitement as when Gaga is serving them. With Katy, it feels like the intent is to shock... it doesn't feel natural or authentic to who she is. With Gaga, the hype comes from within. She wears the fashion, the fashion doesn't wear her.
