She is aware of her health issues and is taking the steps to do right by them and she made a move (Vegas) because of those issues and for a better balance of a home life. Her work in the film and coming so far within 10 years has brought immense joy to her and she is aware of it. Right now is a very strong positive time. But, as always, there are the voices in the head or perhaps a relationship she feels sometimes suffers due to her success. So she is trying to balance the move, the successes, the finances, the work, the shows, the health, the relationship all at once so it's normal that she become overwhelmed at times. She should take this time to save up some energy, keep relationships good and perhaps by doing so a big step like a marriage or child could be in the future. The cards did suggest she take some time before releasing anything. Whether she waits or not, who knows. But overall she is in the mindset of bettering herself and keeping herself healthy and strong and enjoying the successes she has had. For now, that is her number one!
