After 5 months of struggling with radio promo in our country it debuted at #98 on ZPAV (Official Top 100 Polish Airplay Chart) in January and then faded away for a few weeks. Now I'm checking the updated chart for last week's airplay and "Shallow" is #46 and it's probably going higher since the 2nd biggest radio station in Poland is giving it a subpower rotation. And don't start with "the asib era is over, they won't release another single" just because it's out of cinema and award season is over doesn't mean they will stop caring about the project. It also won in the category of Best Original Song at the 23rd Satellite Awards, and won in the Los Angeles Online Film Critics Society. It won the award for Best Song at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards and Best Original Song at the 76th Golden Globe Awards. The song received four nominations at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Song Written for Visual Media, winning the latter two.
