I am not a huge Katy Fan but this is true Katy has written her own songs and seems to be more in control of her career. There is no need to try and bury her for something someone else said that resonates truth. Katy used her talent to get to where she is, Britney had a come up from her Disney days and was able to pay her way to a successful career (common Disney Star route).
