First off I’m sorry to hear about your friend. 

I completely agree with what you said and she came in with good intentions but like you said, it’s a he said she said situation so it’s not gonna be easy and I don’t want her to stress about it when she has other important things. 

I stop following this situation because you don’t know who is really innocent or not, and it’s just a headache trying to believe who is telling the truth. I’m sure Dr luke is not a good man but it’s rather sexist to immediately side with a female when she calls rape.

It's confusing, though. You're right, we have no way of knowing who did what if there are no evidences. The main difference with my case and Kesha's is, I know both the accused and the accuser. I know both people very well so I have a firmer grasp of what happened, albeit the lack of evidence.

The hard thing here is, people are weighing in, when they have little to no knowledge of the nature of both parties. I still believe in Gaga standing up for her friend, but it's not as impartial as we would hope; because, as far as I know, Gaga and Luke haven't had any significant encounters before. And ultimately, I agree with you. I don't want to crucify someone without proper evidence. I hope the truth surfaces.

Its just a typical Hollywood bullshít = unnecessary drama. But of course she can do what she wants and she is a good person doing this. Also think if she wants to help girls being raped, she should help in africa or latin america even her own country more, cause these girls never get any help. She cares about the Kesha case because she knows how the music industry treats women especially up and coming. The power dynamic is so extreme that it is often abused.

I'm not saying they don't have a case and reason to question all witnesses possible, but the fact that gaga said this in 2017(if I'm not mistaken) and Luke's team is still responding to it shows how badly they just wanna drag her into it.
