Dr. Luke's team responds to Lady Gaga

Dr. Luke is glad Lady Gaga is showing passion for staying in Kesha‘s corner on the topic of sexual assault, however the music producer wants it known that Gaga has no basis for her information.

The music producer’s legal team is attacking the “Shallow” singer after The Blast broke the story regarding Gaga’s deposition in Kesha’s ongoing case.

Luke’s lawyer tells us, “Being passionate about a topic that concerns us all is admirable. However, Lady Gaga has no knowledge of what happened on the night at issue because she was not there.”

Laying out his narrative once again, Dr. Luke’s attorney paints a picture of Kesha getting wasted at a party, and Dr. Luke offering her a place to crash at his hotel room.

“Kesha got kicked out of a party after drinking too much and vomiting. As an act of kindness, Dr. Luke offered to allow her to sleep in his hotel suite, a few blocks away,” the statement explains.

The story continues, “Kesha slept on the bed in the hotel suite, while Dr. Luke separately slept on the couch. Dr. Luke testified under oath that he did not have any contact with Kesha. Kesha herself admitted under oath that she has absolutely no memory of Dr. Luke even being in the hotel room.”

The attorney is adamant, “Kesha has no memory of Dr. Luke engaging in inappropriate contact with her because it did not happen.”

As we reported, Lady Gaga’s attorney claimed the Oscar nominee suffered PTSD while sitting through a round of intense questions regarding Kesha’s accusations against her former music producer.

Gaga, who claims Kesha confided in her that she was raped by Luke, scolded the producer’s attorney for inflicting emotional stress on a survivor of sexual assault and telling the lawyer she should be “ashamed” of herself.

Gaga never claimed or acted like she was there when it happened  she just said she believes and supports Kesha. They need to leave her out of this. Luke's team are making fools of themselves. They're using Gaga's name and relationship with Kesha to make it look like she's unreliable source simply because she opened up to Gaga.

Gaga should stop what? She gave that deposition in 2017 and hasn't spoken about the case publicly since. 'Stop helping your friend, work on your music' is an ugly take.

Your definition of 'drama' being RAPE case where her friend is the accuser.

This case is very confusing. Both sides have different viewpoints and they'll never stop until one of them reaches 75 and confesses they're guilty.

I mean, I get it. My bestfriend was raped when we were in high school but it turned into a he said she said case because of the lack of evidence. I would've gotten involved if I knew what was going on then. I think Gaga's on the same boat. The way she talked about trauma was evidence enough...I have the same view. I saw my bestfriend torn down. Still, this is messier because there are millions involved. I believe in what Gaga did, and I don't think she'll lie, ever.
