Let’s wait for her second single at least, she has big expectations being held beside Lady Gaga. If anything I’d say Cardi B is the new it girl with all that she’s accomplished. I mean shes good but she hasnt done anything that would show me shes the next "queen of pop" like every one is saying. And I'm not hating or anything like that I just have yet to be impressed by her. I've been here over 3 years and I just recently started lurking/posting in the Gaga fanbase thread on atrl and what I realized is that how a majority of the fans would rather get another ballads album, rather than a dance album. This kind of "behavior" became really evident after ASIB. So, if the fans have gotten used to her toned down side and would rather keep getting that, what makes you think the GP wants pop music from Gaga? They have moved on as well, most likely. That's would not be the case if shallow released without the movie .. Also GP can eat anything popular tbh ..
