I wth both Kendrick and SZA but it’s not their best song whatsoever

I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.

idk its probably different bc I'm from europe but they play shallow literally every day on the radio, random people use the lyrics as captions and put it in their stories.. all the stars may be more popular among teenagers but shallow will be remembered more imo. i mean its already in the top 10 longest running number 1s on itunes :lana:

Did you seriously opened a thread and answered to yourself in a whole different way?

EDIT: ok now I get it, you were just quoting the article :sharon: you should change the font or something...

Everyone has an opinion. Only certain people have a platform to announce it and it become "news"...

Ok thanks for your opinion. Next.

I honestly don’t get the love for All The Stars. I find it to be incredibly middle of the road for both artists and not even the best track on that soundtrack. It’s super forgettable imo. That’s not saying Shallow is exactly not those things either, but I’m just saying I don’t get the hype for that song specifically. Kendrick has done better as has SZA. It was a fine collab and that’s all I can say. But fine doesn’t win awards imo and shouldn’t.

All the Stars is weak, boring and irrelevant tbh

Where was this “We care about the cultural relevancy and not the popularity of the song” 3 years ago? :laughga: **** this lol, Gaga deserves to win just for being snubbed with TIHTY. Anyway Shallow is so much more than saying pop is Shallow. Whoever wrote this article need to rewatch the movie.

I think Black Panther is a better album, and stands as an incredible project separate from the film, A Star Is Born is obviously intertwined in the film and could not similarly stand on its own.

Thats your opinion and its quite irrelevant tbh, just like the irrelevant article :huntyga: Shallow has not lost even one award till now, it has unanimously won at all the critic circles plus the globes and CCAs while ATS has lost everything. :huntyga:

I'm sorry but the BOS category should be renamed to the Shallow category this year :fan:

Look, another "article" being so transparently part of a smear campaign to diminish ASIB. Not even good or relevant points were made.

All the Stars is a cute song, but I think Shallow is momentous not just in its form, but also within its context of the film. I think that is what is it's driving advantage.

As I mentioned on Twitter, if Shallow doesn't win I will riot and possibly meltdown.

It deserves all of the acclaim and awards.
