i'd also like to add that gaga is working with Boys Noize, who makes very similar music. so expect similar results. (just my guess)

I've been listening to him for years but I think they should have collaborated on ARTPOP years ago :cryga: and yeah, he's hot af, that's why I was surprised that no one mentioned this in The Weeknd collab thread :ladyhaha:

By the way guys, she didn't sample Ges's remix of Rocket Number 9. The original Zombie Zombie version contains the same elements that are heard in "Venus". Is there a connection? Yeah. But did she sample him? No.

what??? what does that have to do with them working together? and gaga is taken seriously and seen as very talented even among men. unless galfewhatever is sexist or something.

You guys seem to miss my point. I'm not saying Gesaffelstein is sexist, I'm saying that music snobs in general see women as more fake than male artists. This has even translated over to Gaga, even in the EDM community sadly (ironically, if she hadn't made dance music a thing for our generation, almost everyone who says they like EDM today probably wouldn't have gotten into it had Gaga not made it cool :huntyga:). Additionally, if you ever read up on his interviews, he just seems like a very closed-off and uptight person. I don't think he and Gaga would mingle together very well, honestly as they have very different personalities and different perspectives on music and the presentation of it. Actually, I think he and The Weeknd make a perfect pair, as they are both shy, have similar personalities and are kind of asshole-ish.

Also @SwerveDiaz, Boys Noize sometimes makes similar music to Gesaffelstein (it's a phonetic name), but he's generally more flamboyant in style than Gessy is and is willing to branch out, since he doesn't really have a signature sound like G does and he's also much friendlier.
