For one, Gaga is a woman, and it’s obvious women are taken less seriously in the music business and are seen as less talented and authentic than men are. Two, she’s really mainstream and super popular. As much as I love electronic dance music, I can’t stand the anti-pop attitude that the EDM community holds (both the producers and the consumers), including Gesaffelstein himself. Check out his interviews. Yes, I love hardcore underground dance tunes, but I love songs with vocals and hooks more. So therefore, I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect them to work together. I don't gwt where you wanna go with the first point and Gesaffelstein produced a lot of awesome pop with The Weeknd I actually think this isa great idea, the guy is a genius ... and now i just sit in silence.
