It sounds different to me but i cannot really put my finger on it. the drums have more resonance ? a longer pause between "watch as i dive in" and "i'll never meet the ground" the trailer version is a studio version not live, and her vocal takes are more powerful and aggressive. But the film/radio version she sounds more timid and scared at first which makes sense with the character and situation

The first one is the same as the actual song, but slightly pitch corrected and it has a more rock feel. We been knew this. Now, the second one sounds like it’s been pitched lower, but it’s the same mix as the original trailer version. So technically we have 3 mixes - the released song (live), the original trailer version (pitch corrected - more rockish), and now another trailer version which is the same as the original trailer version but pitched a bit lower? Hopefully that made sense lol. I wish they’d release the trailer version. The build up and the final chorus has more oomph to it and sounds way better vocally that's not exactly what they are saying. The lower pitched version shown is supposed to be the youtube trailer that we first got (but if you listen to the actual youtube trailer rn it isn't pitched down like in the OP) so technically still 2 mixes since this pitched down one isn't official and I don't know where the OP/instagram poster found it

The vocal tracks' differences are more subtle though: the vocal run in both is identical (and I mean identical, with the same amount of vibrato at exactly the same time), but, as you alluded to, Gaga decorates the "dive" in "watch as I dive in" in the radio version but sings it straight in the trailer version. This is most obvious when you play the two versions simultaneously; https://vocaroo.com/i/s04llOfJh3P2 is what I got when I just combined the two audio tracks using Audacity. Hopefully this helps! I just looked through my history tab and see that I recorded the offical warner bros trailer from youtube okay that makes sense now hahaha so with the itunes one, it doesn't sound like that in the UK or USA but it is very likely that on the one you've seen it is due to a speed change or altered frame rate of the trailer which results in higher or lower audio pitch depending on which way it's converted, it isn't anything to do with the song being raw or unaltered
