This means that of all songs she had the biggest increase in spins this week on the radio format. The song currently sits at #12 on the chart (one spot below "Shallow", which is #11). Mariah has excelled on this radio format since the beginning of her career. She's racked up 7 #1's and 22 Top 10 hits. Having a total of 35 songs on the chart. "With You" could very likely be her 23rd Top 10 hit on the chart. Aside from Christmas songs (they zoom up this chart every December, because this radio format becomes a Christmas station), this is currently Mariah's biggest hit on the radio format in 10 years! "I Want To Know What Love Is" peaked at #10 in October of 2009. What's kinda interesting is that "With You" is doing really well on a completely different radio format as well, Urban.
