PunkTheFunk 124,406
CNN just debuted a documentary series called American Style, a "4-part miniseries examining how America's changing style trends have historically mirrored the political, social and economic climate of the nation." You might remember that the good sis Fashion! was used in one of the show's promos. Well, Gaga's picture been included in the show's opening theme!! She appears alongside other fashion icons of the 20th and 21st centuries, including Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Audrey Hepburn, Jackie Kennedy, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Naomi Campbell, and many more. (Kind of a random picture choice if you ask me, but I'll take it ) If you hit play you can watch the whole theme song -- Gaga appears for about a millisecond at 1:57! I'm sure she'll be discussed in the final episode, which covers the 1990s to the present day. Spoiler This is not the first time CNN has included Gaga in one of their intros! Her place in history has been validated once again. Fashion icons only!

Miel 15,009
Interesting... uh, choice of a Gaga look, but cool nonetheless. The history and politics of fashion is so interesting. Glad to know Gaga is a part of that. 3 points in and ready for more
