Seeka 12,372
This has been sorta bothering me since the start of Enigma. Normally I'm not one to question Gaga (I'm one of those "I'm happy with sh!t as long as it's Gaga's sh!t sorta" fan)but I'm wondering... Is Gaga really into anime? Videogames? Or is this something temporal? I know it's silly, because she has shown that she's loves Kill Bill and a few other movies inspired by anime and manga. And she enjoyed Hatsune Miku enough to have her open on tour. So what we may be seeing is genuine Gaga. Gaga is a weeab like Britney Spears or Ariana Grande. But I'm just wondering if it's genuine. As a geek I sometimes wonder. Especially as a more eastern aligned geek. Sorry for silly post. But I had to get it off my chest. Gaga switches identities so much, it's hard to know which parts of her are true.

bloody g 31,746
She is a nerd in desguise. I bet she just discovered anime like many western geeks did recently That includes me, for example 『𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝』
McYves 1,612
I personally think she's a human being. We have temporary favorite things, and favorite things that will be with us forever, etc. And GOD, we change SO MANY TIMES thru the years! Change is a thing you can count on so, she's just human. Don't be so obsessed with this stuff, enjoy Gaga as Gaga, whatever that means. Don't wanna kiss, don't wanna touch, just drink my ****ing coffee and watch 90's cartoons and hush

LeJudas 6,490
Like everyone some people discover things and really get into it. That doesn't make it less valid or something to point out as fake. If she's never tried mustard on her burger and suddenly she tries it and starts to really like it are we gonna say she's fake and is being paid by Big Mistard to promote yellow condiments? Oriane 20,935
And why not ? She talked about video games previously, and even if she hadn't, just because she doesn't talk about it doesn't mean she's not into it. It's not really the kind of thing you casually say in interviews. The only GGD member who can read / Credits to Celloo Deng for the profile pic! RAMROD 109,281
She is just like every other OG 90s kids. (Who were horn in the mid to late 80s and grew in the 1990s.) We were growing up exposed to many coold things., and some not so cool things as well. That is why many of us are so eclectic when we grow older. The radio were not completely saturated, there were always chances for every genres to be popular back then. Plus, as an OG 90s kids, we have been living in an era where Google doesn't exist and experience the first ever mobile phones. So we have always been getting the best of both worlds. So there are no sure answer to your question, OP. She is just like another OG 90s kids whi like a little bit of this and that and all of the things in between too! Quartz 12,524
I think she's in the point of her career where she only does things she genuinely likes. So, to answer your question - yes, I think she loves anime enough to actually make it a theme. Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊
