Almost every single GP member I know has heard Shallow and knows about ASIB, even if they didn't watch it.

Lord Temptation 11,209
There’s no doubt she’s on top of the world again. But beyond pop she is known for so much more than what we see and hear on the charts. While so many “main pop girls” are completely unknown outside of pop stan world, what Gaga has achieved in a decade transcends art, pop and humanity People are actually pleasantly surprised that they were completely wrong about her as a performer and as a person. Her success this time around has nothing to do with mystique and being weird but rather talent, passion, creativity and authenticity. And she has the complete and utmost respect now from her even her critics (save for a few desperadhoes) She did the impossible again. The artist of our generation tbh

Not just this decade. Rihanna is not relevant right now. Maybe with a new album but until then, she's not on that many people's top radar. Lady Gaga is talked about much more than Taylor Swift these days too. Not coming after you... just wanted to give my opinion on those rankings. FullPsychotic 128
Beyoncé is not that big in Europe since ten years. The only mainstream things were the collab. with Ed Sheeran and Running. Rihanna is doing make up. Halsey I'm not sure is well known outside US. Taylor Swift is still famous but quit frigid to be a star, she needs constant exposure to be remembered of. Katy Perry is vanishing after the ridiculous video of the last era. Madonna is busy doing skincare. Ariana Grande is pretty big right now but she is going to be 26 in a few months and still looks like a teenager. She is going to fade soon. Gaga is the biggest name yes. One of the few able to speak to the young people but be relevant also to people about her age or bigger than her. She not only has fame now, also respect. Guest Adarsh
Yes, if we're talking about the real world with adults. Since most of the stans are kids, they wont agree though. Kids like Ariana and BTS.

Ariana has more the teen market, I would say Gaga has 25+ market.
IAmNotHere1997 25,824
Kind of. I was watching national news last days, and during the section about the Golden Globes, all the channels talked about Gaga first. And they also sometimes talk about her candid or Instagram pics. They usually do that only when a celebrity looks terrible but not with Gaga, they praise her

drunkfrank 91
no. gaga hasn't been the biggest name in years, and this is just in the music industry alone! and most definitely not in all of entertainment. maybe at some points in recent years, but for a very short period of time. Oyster 2,458
Y’all are delusional. I guess time makes people forget. No, she is not anywhere near as relevant as she once was. She has risen in popularity compared to say 2016 but she does not have the cultural impact of the early 2010’s.
Original Diva 4,966
While yes, she is a hot topic at the moment and is receiving more attention from gp, she isn't the biggest.
