She's my fave, although Manila deserves it most. It's kinda annoying tbh. I ****ing love Monet, but i think everyone including her fans can agree that she shouldn't be on AS4. Also <rant incoming> but AS4 as a whole has just been kinda disappointing tbh. While it is miles ahead he producers are gunning for the wrong people, the drama is cringy and clearly staged, and once again the talented queens won't win. However unlike previous seasons, all of the talented and winner-worthy queens won't even be in the top 4. Wtf. Say what you will about Val and Tuck but imo they've definitely stepped it up and both belong in the top 5 (trinity's definitely gonna be top 3 either way, and will most likely win unless there's a stupid twist like last season but i digress), I don't even have to say anything about why Manila should be in the top 4, and Monique, while fresh off her original season, has totally killed it so far and unlike Monet she definitely definitely belongs in the top 4. However if the rumors are true (spoiler alert!) which they have been up to this point, the top 4 is gonna be Trinity, Monique, Naomi and Monet Naomi, while she has kinda stepped it up, I don't really see what about her the producers find more appealing than Valentina. I mean they're both essentially the same person, Naomi's the African American version of Valentina and Valentina is the Mexican version of Naomi. In fact they both have a lot of similarities, both are mostly known for being "just a pretty face" and both wanted to show the world that they w̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶f̶a̶c̶t̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶p̶r̶e̶t̶t̶y̶ ̶f̶a̶c̶e̶ are much more than that. The only groundbreaking thing for Naomi that she's done this season (so far) is her snatch game. Versus valentina who, while might have been set up to win the lipsync against Monet, at least did good in it and dare I say better than Monet. Also her looks, while they may not all be quite on par with her s9 looks, again, the same could be said about Naomi's. Also quick side rant but I hate how Farrah's fall and Latrice's flag drop were like the reasons why the latter got eliminated and the former didn't win the first maxi challenge, but then Naomi who decides to steal Miz Crackers dress from the Old Lady challenge from s10 and Valentina's sequins from the promo shoot and calls THAT an evening gown, has a friggin wardrobe malfunction on the runway, in front of the judges, and no one bats an eye. like wtf okay sorry for this irrelevant wall of text and hope you have a nice day lol ✨oh the lights dim while we’re dancing yeah the floor is shaking in this disco heaven✨ Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
