I have lost so many friends to suicide and last summer I was on the verge of one myself, but decided to commit myself to a psych ward instead. I urge anyone with suicidal thoughts to make that one call, even though it feels like nothing can make a difference. Suicidal thoughts are transient. Suicide is forever. And don't try to drink the pain away!. I tried that for temporary relief, but the anxiety just ten-folded Hope she finds the strength to go on.
