fv3lasquez 54 Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 so ever since enigma's first date i theorized this and wanted to share with you guys to maybe see if it makes as much sense to other as it does to me -- so, we all expected at least one new song on the opening night of enigma (with rumors that an entire project was going to be dropped) however, not much came out... my theory is that after the Grammys/Oscars... when all the ASIB promo is done, she will start to release new music. there's been so much buzz surrounding the movie and her chances of winning at the award ceremonies that perhaps her team and gaga herself maybe felt like if she released new music before the award shows that it would over shadow or underperform ASIB. so, my theory is that she will put out LG6(Enigma EP) some time between march and April and add those songs to the setlist. The Carters released their duet album after the beginning of their tour and they didn't perform any new material until the American dates - I think it makes sense.. but lmk your thoughts. nerdfacekillah 4,485 Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 that what most monsters think that she didnt release new music because she is still attending award shows for asib and we dont know in what phase she is in the process of writing the abum. but why just an enigma ep? a full studio album is the right answer. Its award season, everyone is posting about what she wore last night, Shallow is still #1 on the ww itunes chart, and the BluRay hasnt even came out yet. I definitely believe she will release new music once she steals her Academy Award It would be the best plan, regardless to if she wins or not. They hype train surrounding her will be strong, not overly strong were it could be considered over done, but enough that when she releases something most people are going to want to take a listen or look (here's hoping for a video ) I could see her team gearing up for the rest of the residency, LG6 in there with some promo, a few singles, and then once her Vegas residency is over she focuses on another movie, her marriage and family (yes I mean kids). I used to think the same, but that means LG6 will have to come in summer and that way LG6 and ASIB would clash at Grammys 2020. I wpuldn't be surprised if they wait for Q4 to drop the album.
