After tonight’s overall showing for A Star is Born, Gaga could still lose best song at the Oscars. ASIB needed to win big tonight. There have been many, many instances where the Globe winner for best song loses the Oscar. “This is Me” won last year. It was the favorite and pick to win the Oscar but lost to “Remember Me” from Coco. You can wiki other years and examples I don’t want to be a pessimist, but I also want everyone to be prepared for this possibility. Honestly, the fact that Gaga could even get nominated for best actress in her first role is incredible and no small task. Just soak up this fun time for her and enjoy it. It’s not all about winning. Honestly, no matter what happens, we just gotta be supportive of Gaga, Bradley, and the rest of the team that worked on ASIB, and also to other actors as well. They really do owe it to her. There's a really slim chance she won't get it but considering shallow is the superior song (maybe along with all the stars) + the 2016 drama they're awarding it to her.
