Adele has given her strongest indication she will not tour again

She has really bad stage fright so it makes sense. She cried at the end of her last Sydney show as she was walking off stage and I just knew she would never be back.

I doubt she makes enough money from albums alone. Even if she goes diamond for all her albums. She will have to find another venture unless she is OK with being rich but not THAT rich.

I mean she's worth an estimated $135 million dollars, that's pretty damn rich. Adele doesn't seem nearly greedy enough to risk her vocal cords over money she'll never realistically even be able to spend, so I think she'll be fine.

Interesting. Now it's only Bey, Taylor, and Pink ahead of Gaga in the touring department right? lol

I love, love, love Adele. But she doesn't take care of her voice like Gaga does. That's why she keeps injuring her vocal cords. She has an amazing tone with so much expression, but a very limited range. She tries to hit notes outside of said range. And she uses poor technique to get to those notes.

But she really doesn't need to tour. She's rich as f***.

I mean, she really doesn't have to.

Her last album sold soooo much, plus her last tour grossed $170 million and had over 1.5 million in attendance, over 121 dates. She sold out FOUR nights at Wembley Stadium, each night with about 100,000 tickets sold. Unfortunately, she had to cancel two of those dates. But still. She sold out FOUR nights there. She also had 8 nights at the O2, 6 nights in LA, 6 in NYC, 4 in Manchester and Birmingham. She could tour her ass off if she wanted. But I can see why she doesn't want to. She ripped her vocal chords to shreds at the end of her last tour, and had to belt like crazy every other night. I wouldn't wanna go on any tour over 10 dates if I were her lmao.

She doesn't have to tour ever again, however I could see her doing maybe a 5 or 10 city stadium tour for Europe or the US here and there.

Perhaps it is true that she is considering a possible Vegas residency.

This was reported at the beginning of last year. It might be something she has become more sure of now, heading into 2019 and realising that touring is not for her anymore.

She sells well when it comes to records and singles, but I still hope she does some limited shows so I maybe can see her one day, she’s amazing :messga: hopefully not ****ing Vegas tho

The reason that she's always in the mess of having to cancel shows is because she ignores the instruction to take care of her voice. I wish her the best, but this is her own fault.
