No way, that's probably, together with Best Foreign Film (Roma), the only locked categories. There's no way Shallow loses, there will be a lot of backlash against the HFPA if it happens, cuz almost every, if not every, single critic is predicting Shallow to win. (On GoldDerby, one of the most reliable sources for predicting awards, for example, all experts and editors are predicting Shallow, every one of them). The Golden Globes facebook page (here) is going to have a livestream of the red carpet starting at 6 ET/ 3PT. Hopefully since this is a professional setup the quality will be okay. On actual TV E! has preshow stuff starting at 4 ET/ 1PT, with the actual red carpet starting at 6 ET/3PT and NBC has their own red carpet starting at 7 ET/ 4PT.
