Well, the critics who claimed it was rock influenced probably do not know **** about rock :D Maybe it's too much Katy Perry-esque (Part of Me) but I still love this song because christina's voice makes it 1000000000 times better than Part of Me :D Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your Body 5/5 6. Let There Be Love 5/5 7. Sing For Me 4/5 8. Blank Page 4/5 9. Cease Fire 2/5 10. Around The World 4/5 11. Circles 1/5 12. Best of Me 1/5 13. Just A Fool (feat. Blake Shelton) 4/5 14. Light Up The Sky 1/5 15. Empty Words 1/5 16. Shut Up 1/5 Circles, Best of Me, Light Up The Sky, Empty Words, and Shut Up are pretty much the same songs. This album really sounds rushed and there are very few standouts that aren't enough to make me buy the album. She has song the majority of these songs much better in different ways. In addition, she's talking about way too much about what people think of her ,which doesn't really apply to the Lotus theme of being "an unbreakable flower". I think she's need to go back into the studio and build off of Lotus intro, Your Body, Let Be There Love, and Just A Fool the only songs worth listening to my opinion. We need to move forward and not backwards. Besides the songs I listed, these are lackluster songs that sound like they were leftover from all her previous albums especially Stripped. Christina you can do better! 2.5/5 or C- Bionic > Stripped > Back To Basics > Christina Aguilera > Lotus that was fast. Deacon 5 Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 (edited) Army of Me was annoying, Make the World Move was okay but generic, Sing for Me had a great chorus until she went completely crazy and ended up sounding like an Xtina parody. Let There Be Love sounds just like Madonna's Girl Gone Wild and a few other songs, but at least it was enjoyable. Blank Page is the best I've heard so far with Your Body being a VERY distant second.
