I do not have to like all she does. I do not have to be moved by all her performances, by all her output, expressions, her music. I just have to stand back, wait, and receive all her gifts to the universe.

How about a storyline that makes sense?  How about character development of Enigma & Petga?  How about being present with the audience and interacting, enjoying the moment.  How about doing something that new and innovative as opposed to a messy take on the Wizard of Oz that she has used several times already?  

Her voice sounded amazing, the pace of the show is incredible...  But it didn't feel integrated with the concept, it just all felt like something made for teens from the 2000's.  

And yes, I'm TIRED of "PUT YOUR F**KING HANDS UP" every 30 seconds.  Get a new line already.

How about we let Gaga do her thing and enjoy her while we have her? Most musicians I stan are dead, and I'd do anything to be able to go to one of their concerts, but I can't. We should enjoy her while she is still able to create and perform for us, she could just fly away into the shadows and leave us, but she's stuck by us, so I think it's fair that we stand by her. Sorry if that was passive aggressive, I'm working on it.

In fairness, Gaga has NEVER been fully there on a first show. It takes her a couple to get a feel for audience interaction. I think her energy alone bodes well for it when it comes, though. The JWT didn’t have too much of it either at the start, nor did the rest of her shows. She’s historically taken time to get into a groove with her shows at least from an interactive perspective.

I'll give you that. I always know when she's about to say these things. Like "just dance, dance, dance... now scream!" 

I'm remembering somebody who reviewed the JWT and they said "Gaga always says to put your hands up and dance but never says when to stop".

I hear this line a lot, and honestly, it's getting to be very annoying. People are never satisfied with what Gaga does because they think it's "old" and "tired", and they want something "new" and "innovative". What was it about this show that wasn't innovative??

Y'all keep saying this but I've yet to see what you guys really want. You may not have liked Enigma, it's concept and aesthetics, and its execution, but to say that this wasn't an innovative show just is ignorant to me. 

What would have you liked to see at the show that's "innovative"?

But when it's new it's "I miss the old gaga" or " why did she change it for that??!!".

Basically you can't please every fans... Gaga knew it well and did her thing and now many fans are grateful for all the career move they bashed like the jazz albums, ASIB, Joanne etc.

Folks should just be patient and not expect their individual gaga dream to come true asap each time haha.
