hankhatesyouall 2,731 Posted December 29, 2018 Share Posted December 29, 2018 I mean it's was a knee-jerk reaction to expect a single when she's starting her own residency with a weird Enigma theme (on top of that, there were numerous rumors floating around her collaborating with EDM producers). I don't understand why anyone calls it 'delusional'. Of course, there was no official announcement but it would be a great way to spice up the show and create more buzz. The ending was absolutely tragic. It would be interesting to see how Enigma is turning evil (since she's pushing this AI-enhanced topic). For instance, Enigma is turning into Enigma Monster with the whole stage entering the Singularity phase where she merges with the robot and performs a Sophied-bop. Instead, she just stuck to Shallow (which doesn't suit the topic at all). The anime, robot, AI theme is very cool but I feel like it's try-hard and poorly scripted. The show was extremely good, not saying something else. But something was DEFINITELY missing. And this was the „refreshing“ effect they promised!
