Despite its critics the album has held up well within the fan base. I feel like it shouldn’t be tampered with anymore, let it live on as a fan favorite hidden gem sort of album. I think maybe this is why people are getting such heavy ARTPOP vibes from ENIGMA stuff, because so far it’s literally like this hyper-real J-pop rave inspired aesthetic that she hinted at for ARTPOP.
