The Fame and the deluxe version of The Fame Monster count towards The Fame. Only the standard (8 track) version of The Fame Monster counts as The Fame Monster. This is because Billboard views the deluxe version of The Fame Monster to be a re-release of The Fame since it has all tracks from The Fame on it.
