this tweet is from 2010... not now. did we all forget everyone thought she had a **** back then? within the last 30 minutes the tweet has been flooded w messy replies and it makes no sense. why is she getting flooded w angry tweets. Can y’all explain?

Honestly this is a bit off topic but Gaga played that scenario up in a way that looking back- wasnt cool. The world was a different place in 2009/2010 but she wore a fake penis at glastonbury to fuel the fire, her choice or her mgmt, but she fueled those rumors regardless. And then to say her ‘beautiful vagina is offended’ by those accusations n...... whats offensive about being trans? And then BTW comes out 2 years later and its a different story. Love her to bits, dont get me wrong, but the treatment of that situation has always bothered me.

She wasn't saying it so seriously. She did it to show that she doesn't care and so what if she did have a penis. And that "beautiful vagina is offended" I'm pretty sure it's a damn joke. And she never said or did anything that there's anything wrong with being trans

No im not offended hun. The satire at the moment was brillient no doubt, but looking back and how far society has come with trans issues, I would have loved her, as an advocate for LGBTQ+ issues especially back then, to maybe have used the platform a bit different. Again, the world was different and she was very young it’s just a thought. Sorry i got u pressed hun no harm intended

i feel like you guys dont get what i’m trying to say  

maybe i’m phrasing it wrong but all i’m saying is in a world that barely acknowledged trans people it would have been nice to see her make a statement about that and not play it up/off. As a trans person I feel i have the right to say what rubs me the wrong way. Especially back then, she didnt do anything ‘transphobic’ and i’m not ‘offended. Ive been a fan since before then and if I took it to heart so much i wouldnt be here. Eitherway it was kinda problematic and if we can talk about DWUW, Terry Richardson and Burqa wearing, I just wanted to give this problem some light.

On topic to your reply, yeah she did. Of course she evolved I just wanted to see if anyone cared about this issue. Yeah she wore a packer- something trans men wear to give the bulge appearance and to deal with gender dysphoria. The Glastonbury video of her adjusting her dress to reveal a penis was the main “proof” of her being trans back in the day and it was cultuvated by her/her team. If she came out with an erect, light up, disco penis that would be a statement but thats not what happened.

I think she already deleted the Gaga related ones because they don't show up for me. 

I wonder if people dug through her old tweets because of the rumors that she wants to host the Oscars with her husband. Anyway, some of those are gross, especially that Lindsay Lohan tweet. I've never been a fan of that type of humor. A lot of it's old, but its kind of fitting that she's getting dragged because she's always trying to cancel other people. 💁🏼‍♀️
