Don't forget that the streaming numbers of Havana greatly inflate the numbers of the album, which dropped at the beginning of the year and has yet failed to sell even 200.000 pure copies. The digital sales of that remix pushed NBTS into the top 10 otherwise it would've probably never reached the top 10, considering that it only stayed three weeks in the top 10 which is a pretty small number in comparison to most #6 hits.
