If we really they really want a repeak they need to do a whole lot. Breathtaking performance, sweeping the Oscars, payolaing the sh!t out of Spotify and radio the days before. We don't have a full week only around 100-102 hours until the week ends on Friday because the Oscars will take place on a Sunday, so we don't have the full force of digital sales which is where Shallow excels.  We already lost Friday, Saturday and most of Sunday at this point so they really need to push Shallow at least for a week already on its two most vulnerable platforms (radio + streaming).

Thank you for your calculations. So the stars really need to be aligned for Shallow to hit #1 huh? Also if they uploaded the Oscar performance of Shallow right away, will the views count for Hot 100?

Does it matter? Damage is done

It's not gonna happen. A re-peak or a TOP 3 would be absolutely SURREAL, but a #1 ain't happening in my opinion.

What Oscar-winning songs peaked at #1 after the ceremony in general?

I don't know if this happened for anyone else, but last night I got a notification about Ariana's tracklist from Twitter. Gaga needs to do that for LG6:madge:

Shallow definitely won’t sell 100k on the Oscar’s week. Maybe 80k max and 15m streams max if the performance will go viral. Radio is what Shallow really need.

I'm pretty sure the stars hate us.

I think anything outside of Gaga's main channel doesn't count for her Youtube streams.

Did they change the rule? I just realized that BB counts the stream from viral videos of Drake’s song and Haarlem Shake. I think as long as the videos are tagged in music category, they are counted.

That could help us but i have no idea tbh. I'm still no chart expert. If they do we could maybe get over our streaming issue.

From 1980 until now there is no song that peaked because of the Oscars because most of them already finished their chartrun or were declining and just had a boost. The only kinda example that I have is Let It Go which had a boost to #9 that week from it's previous #17 position. It inevitably peaked two weeks afterwards at #5
