You just contradicted yourself though. You do have to forget what she’s said about it because she constantly changes her mind and goes back on her word. She releases when she’s ready, and gauges interest and excitement beforehand.

But if you look at every other release, she started adopting a new look right before the lead single. The purple hair COULD mean something, but what I’m saying is that if we were getting a full new era, I feel that she wouldn’t be as invested in Hollywood atm, and her appearance would have shifted. Just like it did for BTW, AP, Joanne and even C2C.

If she was so invested in Hollywood why would she be doing Enigma? It’s obvious she’s devoted to that show now, which could include new music. :vegas:

To be fair, I don't know if The ASIB soundtrack aka Joanne The Re-Up qualifies as a new Gaga album for most fans. Most of the songs were written by other people, and the songs that were written by Gaga were written from the perspective of a character in a film.

Gaga is credited as co-songwriter and/or producer on literally every song she sings on the soundtrack. What are you even saying?

ASIB has the best set of songs Gaga has released in years and the woman is literally living a career repeak. Y'all Joanne haters are the worst.

Ma Ma Pa Pa Pa

I feel like she's going to pull a Monster Ball and during the piano part of the show or as the Encore she'll blurt out "Do you guys wanna hear a new one?"

When I saw you for the very first time Looked like Fred Astaire, drinking your red wine

I think it'd be smarter to wait until after awards season to start a new album cycle. Let the ASIB era continue until after the Academy Awards and then launch something April 2019.

BuzzcutSeason

Everyone knows with big musical movies like this, especially in ASIB’s case they sell for long lengths. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a contract signed for a length of atleast 4-6 months for her to wait for future releases as it interferes w promo.

ASIB is also doing well. Enigma is nothing more than a residency that likely won’t change name for years, twitter insiders are NOT real, and Gaga hasn’t really had much time to polish an entire other album. Think about it, ASIB really is technically another album for her and it’s been treated as such. No new music till this time next year.

I don't know how some of you dare to complain she's not releasing new music soon when she literally dropped an album worth of songs a couple months ago

I don't hate Joanne at all. I just hate the way it was presented. It's a good album.

As for the writing/producing credits on ASIB, I think it's likely people are being generous about her contribution to the process, as they were with Till It Happens To You.

LOL. Can't you see how much you are underestimating her talent as a composer/producer? :triggered: How do you just make those kind of assumptions about the songs without any evidence? :triggered:

Actually several songwriters who have worked with her (including RedOne and Mark, as I recall) have already said that SHE is the "generous one" crediting others. Mark Ronson said this some weeks ago:

"Writing Shallow was like anytime I work with Gaga: 80% of it’s coming from her. We had a bit of a bond at that point from working on ‘Joanne,’ so I could help her finish certain sentences. But the main thing is she’s driving the ship. You’re just there to give some moral support, throw a word at her every now and then.”

She has worked really hard on this soundtrack for a whole year and is one of the main reasons why it's so wonderful. You're just being bitter for whatever reason, and you know it.

I could be wrong, and I enjoy Joanne and ASIB soundtrack. However, after what happened with Till It Happens To You, the Father John Misty demo, etc, I think it's likely that her role in the studio may be exaggerated. Which is fine. That's all.

Of course she’s devoted to Enigma now. She has to be, it’s in 8 days haha. But unlike other eras, she’s not revolving her life, her aesthetic, or her attitude around it. And if she is, she’s not showing us. Before every other release, she got us hyped with changing up her image and dropping hints. This is much more removed and makes me believe we’re not getting a huge release anytime soon. She’d be more invested in a new aesthetic, and would be “shifting” into something new, as she does.

I think the album will be released in the spring and that’s why there’s a big gap from feb-may in her schedule.

I agree with this 100%.
