As of right now it's hard to say exactly because we don't know the context of it. On the surface, this is horrible and looks like a ring of obstruction of justice charges forming around Trump starting with Roger Stone. What this means for Trump is that he could be involved *in* the lie and then he's in really hot water for lying to a federal prosecutor or enabling it with the promise of a pardon (as many think is the reason why people are pleading guilty; they think he'll pardon them). Long story short, it's not good news by any means, but if Trump had a hand in the lie as many speculate he did with Paul Manafort then nothing else really matters because this in itself is a charge all its own. Then, of course, this also rests on Congress to do something about it which its unlikely they will even if there is something relating Trump to it. I suppose it depends on what the Democrats do in January and beyond. If they bring charges of impeachment and then that builds enough of a momentum, he may be removed as it's also speculated that more Republicans like Mitch McConnell are involved in this as well (since they all take foreign donations from Russian oligarchs). So if calls for removal are loud enough, senate Republicans could vote to remove him to save themselves come 2020 which as it currently stands looks to be a bloodbath for them. Ultimately, we'll need more details about what was lied about to determine the level of Trump's involvement in said lie, but given the other pleas thus far, it would seem as though he likely had a hand in this in some fashion or another.
