I have a very hard time believing it was live...or certain parts of some of the other songs. I think she sang live and they combined multiple versions from each time she sang. I thought the same, but to me it was meant to show that Ally's music was becoming less honest in a way, like by focusing more on artifices than the music and the emotions behind it...
