By your logic, someone who bought her album isn't a fan?

Yes. You don’t have to be someones fan to buy their music. I’m not a Xtina fan but I bought her last album, I’m not Nickis fan but I bought her last album - because I like the music on it. I’m pretty sure some non Gaga fans have bought her albums.. I don’t know how to explain it to you and it honestly worries me that you don’t understand this concept.

It honestly worries me that you think someone who isn't a FAN of someone would buy their music. You're harshly confusing a stan with a fan. A fan is anyone who supports you/your music. Why is that so hard to grasp? I get you're just trying to win an argument, but you sound delusional. Sorry you wasted your money on people you aren't fans of. Never in my life would I spend money on someone or something if I wasn't a fan of them/it.

LMAO the irony of your post... Being a casual listener and being a fan are two comepletely different things and you are the only delusional and bitter person in this thread. Try harder next time. The amount of people agreeing with me shows you who the delusional one is... thank_you_next.mp3

RAMROD

This award and it's little brother, KCA are already unworthy stuff to brag about.

What kind of people who would pay just to win these?

NIcki will not do that if she even have a speckle of self respect left in her body. I mean, I know she is desperate, continuing to work with a child molester is a proof of that. But I am not sure she'll pay for an award. Otherwise, gurl.... :green:

I'm sorry gagaisitalian but ReginaGeorge has a point. In my opinion, You don't have to be a fan of someone to buy their music, your only a fan of the music which you purchased and enjoy. At the end of the day music is a form of media/entertainment just because I like an actor's role in the movie or like that character doesn't mean I like them in real life or their previous efforts. I can purchase one album from "Artist X" and not like all their other albums, why should I label myself a fan of "Artist X" when I dislike more of what they offer than like.  A fan is someone who likes the majority of what you do. A fan also has emotional value attached to the artist beyond just their music. There are many consumers who simply label themselves "Music Fans" and have a huge music library (whether it be physical or digital) example: theneedledrop on Youtube. If I bought over 100 albums does that make me a fan of all 100 artist lol, it kind defeats the whole purpose of what being a fan of an artist is. Stan is fairly a new word and its when a fan is having an unhealthy obsession with the artist (if we take the literal meaning). I don't consider myself a Gaga stan because stans will often view their idols as gods and deem everything they do or say as absolute or rightful. When we say stan on GGD as in "Slay, we stan" , its kind of tongue and cheek thing. ReginaGeorge, forgive the poor sis gagaistalian, she may be young or in need of sex or food :laughga:

Casual listeners go out of their way to buy music they are casually listening to? News to me!

If you think that users on a Lady Gaga fan forum agreeing with you makes you right or validates you in any way, I am terribly sorry.

Can I ask why Cardi's album sold more than Nicki's then?

Cuz people like to ride d*ck. She was the new female rap artist and people were interested.
