TheMiddleGround 3,278
Million Reasons has substance, I can feel her pain. ‘Joanne’ feels very empty. The guitar makes it even worse.

ARTPOPSTER 4,246
If it were Joanne (Piano Version), I would have voted that. I always cry when I hear it.
AStarIsBorn21 3,714
Joanne is a lot more enjoyable to me. Very reflective as apposed to drowning in emotion, it’s hard for me to relate to MR.

River 117,679
idk.. MR is too religious for me so I can't relate.. Joanne is a beautiful song but there are some points that annoys me like how she says "girl", it feels a bit "country fake" for me.. They both are beautiful songs though, I just can't relate to them.. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy
Smother Em Eh 7,135
I love Million Reasons but Joanne (piano version and regular version) I feel like has more emotion. So I voted for Joanne Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views!
KatieJudasGaga4 67,907
Million Reasons is my favorite from Joanne so MR, but Joanne (both versions) is my #3 on Joanne, behind Angel Down
Eggs 2,776
I get that it's intentional, but Joanne feels overly simplistic and sentimental to me. It's an enjoyable wee ditty with one of Gaga's prettiest melodies but it doesn't sweep me away like Million Reasons does. The part where the second chorus suddenly transitions into that soaring middle 8 in Million Performances is, for me, one of the very best musical MOMENTS that Googs has ever put her name to, up there with the climax of Bad Romance, the sax solo in TEOG and the MTN coda. It's very deserving of its current status as one of her signature songs.
