Until whenever Gaga wants to be 100% for the charts again. That’s her comeback.

Besides a comeback is a #1 single imo.

Tbh I feel like she's scared to be at the top again bc of her experience with losing friendships, being overworked af and having high expectations :(

To be fair she started to be familiar with people again because of Million Reasons, especially after performed on Half Time, but yes, Shallow is the turning point, and if her next album exploding then that's it, legend status achieved.

Y'all might not feel it, but she have been here for 10 years now. And it wasn't a quiet 10 years either. When not getting trophies for her music, she got one for acting, and many music legends wanted her in their tribute shows cos she got that pipe and showmanship. Legendary.

not really a comeback, no.... her success before the movie was quite decent (nothing extraordinary, but still present in the media) .

It's definitely a new peak for her.

True but I feel like now she’s an respected and establish artist now. She doesn’t have to take the bullsh*t from the past.

Cause I know deep down inside she wants to be successful and her writing skills are good enough to drop another hit single. ASIB soundtrack proves that.

Both above songs were much bigger hits. Gaga really isn't focusing much on chart performance so I wouldn't call its her comeback. In fact she will never have a comeback because she is going to a different direction. Slowly and steadily.

This.

I won't call it a comeback.

Even Madonna fan @DitaDolla agrees with me, "She's winning again. Somehow she always stays there. I can't stand it."

Worldwide/In Europe? Yes. In the US? No.

Her real comeback will be a big pop era but I don’t see her doing it anytime soon. The best time for a pop era will be next year, when ASIB is over and she’s in the public eye again. But she’s started talking about having kids and I don’t think she’s gonna wanna wait more than 2 years to get that over and done with :/

REALITY

I think that on the charts, I would consider it a "comeback," but practically, I don't know. It's definitely known by people of the general public, but I have personally not witnessed anyone be like "Oh my gosh! Did you hear 'Shallow?! I love that song!" That said, I definitely think it's going to get more popular as time goes on.
