Well it does depend on the work. Joanne really didnt underperform but had it, sure it would be underrated and be a bigger miss than Witness. No shade meant it's just that Joanne was deeper and more mature than Witness.  My opinion.

Katy's career is not over, I find those statements funny, if Xtina career is not over yet, Katy is safe..

And with Gaga, if an album is underperforming, so something is actually went wrong, it's not because it's underrated..
