In a modern tour/performance setting the choreography reminds me of Beyonce performing Naughty Girl at the OTR tour. I feel like Gaga could do it before or after Sexxx Dreams or DWUW at Enigma, or even use a modern version of it for a live interlude at Enigma. Do you wanna see something like this at Enigma?
