If you click on the upper right icon on the German Wikipedia page (looks like a yellow eye ) it says "Dies ist die gesichtete Version[...]. Es gibt 1 ausstehende Änderung, die noch gesichtet werden muss." (This is a reviewed version[...]. There's 1 pending change that needs to be reviewed.").
