It's one thing if Gaga herself says it/reveals it prior the event the outfit is used.

But then it's another thing if a designer reveals what they're working in especially when they screenshot the e-mails of her team to post them online. Not only does that basically count as a concept leak but it's also always underlined in their stylist's emails that every kind of information should be handled with discretion and should only remain between two people.

It was leaked by a random newspaper article that contacted the designer (Petra Storrs). I have to look for the original for the original receipt but I remember it clearly because I was so excited for the stained glass dress. They barely showed it on the video but it truly was a concept.
