"Kanye West Presents Good Music Cruel Summer," Kanye West

Ermahgerd! :excited2:

Ahem... let's see how well it'll sell.

Well, I won't compare her to the latter two. Even if she wrote it (dubious amount of contribution), I'm definitely not sold content-wise.

Love and break-ups are a bubblegum overdone topic, unless you can go psychologically really deep with lyrics (like Carly Simon). I don't see Someone Like You as any more profound than Call Me Maybe, but at least Carly's song is cute and catchy.

Still need to listen to her new album.

the first track Are We All We Are must get single treatment so it can smash

That should have been the 2nd single. I like Try but P!nk's empowerment anthems are tiring. Raise Your Glass, F***in' Perfect, and now Try :wtf:

I LOVE Raise Your Glass and ****in' Perfect  Especially the latter.

What's the collab with Eminem like?

It's ok. I like it but it's not a highlight :P

I don't think it deserves single treatment

Raise Your Glass :legend: that song still gets played at every party I go to and I will never get bored of it!

And the Eminem collab is really just not a good song imo. Along with the title track it is the worst the album has to offer. Overall though the album is fabulous, I love it :P

I always felt Raise Your Glass was way too similar to Teenage Dream (song). Their chorus is almost identical in structure, which is probably due to Max Martin being involved on both tracks. I could just never get into the song

Then stop pimping your favorites. You don't see me OMG-ing about Alanis or Swifty here.

But Christina isn't even my fave. :ohno: I just like her song and want it to do well, and I assumed that since it is a song that is going to impact the charts soon, it would be relevant to the topic of this thread. As far as Britney goes, the last time I mentioned her was in relation to TTWE's position on itunes, which is also relevant to the topic of this thread. I'm sorry that some of my posts have bothered you, but they were never made with the intention to pimp my faves (even though I understand how some of my posts can come off that way :laughga:). And I certainly have no intentions of trolling anyone.
