Dressing Up will get that honor and be sent to radios on August 20th. The almost two-years-old album already sold 2 million units and spawned 8 Top 3 singles. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. As much as I love Dressing Up, I think the world has had MORE than enough of Katy Perry and I am deeply outraged at the decision to further continue the seemingly-endless Teenage Dream era and Capitol Records constantly insisting on shoving Katy Perry down our throats for the past 2 years. The tour is long done, the last single didn't sell many albums. Even if radio eats it up ... are 1-2 million mp3 sales worth fatiguing listeners further?
