It means that if people search for your songs and they dont cancel automatic plays it pops us more. It works similar to google adwords. So it just proves that Gaga is weak at streaming. It makes a lot of sense, I think Gaga was the one that didn't want Spotify promo since she wasn't getting any money from streaming.
