Cracking Top 200 is not a requirement for TTH, lots of songs don't crack Top 200 after a TTH add, songs haven't been on the Top 200 but got to be streaming successes due to being added to TTH. Honestly, the fact that after more than two years, Million Reasons is doing 350k daily and is at almost 260M without any playlist support should be telling you, that the song would have done A LOT better if it received support from the getgo and wasn't left to stuggle on its own devices.
