I'd say chances of it being nominated are (assuming it becomes a Top 3 hit): Visual Media: 90 % Best Pop Duo: 50 % SOTY: 65 % Reason being it may be a bit late, but voting starts in about 1 week, and Shallow has a high chance to peak then, plus ASIB is thriving, so the exposure is perfect. According to Kworb (https://kworb.net/spotify/artist/1HY2Jd0NmPuamShAr6KMms.html), the peak position for Applause was 10 - which is higher than I thought!
