Due to the time it takes to get the orders placed, to track her down, for her to sit and sign each one, ship them back to the company, them to package, label and mail them out... It took about 3 months but they came. Dont be impatient. At least you guys got the offer. Us American monsters were out of luck this time. It's a process. It will come and you will love it so relax. Honestly the store support is so vague in their answers. I ordered merch earlier this year and they didn’t reply to any of my emails except one and they just said it’ll be shipped out once we receive stock and they didn’t know a specific date that they’d receive it. The website is awful with customer service with multiple artists (asib, Gaga herself, Ariana) , they never know when they can expect to receive any stock and just give vague answers every time you email. Does anyone know if any mods or anyone on here has contact with any of Gaga’s team so we can make them aware that signed CD’s were sold as front gagas tweets I’m not sure she even knows about it (with Joanne & CTC she would post about her signing it all the time) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
