Picmonkey is quite useful for beginners, but I recommend you try moving up to Photoshop/GIMP once you get the basic grips of graphics so you can produce better ones :) It offers a lot more functionality compared to online tools. Photoshop is available for purchase, but you can download a free trial on their website.
