y'all keep saying the top 20 is "weak" but isn't it because people are buying less and less music so the "weak" effect is affecting the whole industry, including more recent music? breathin' by Ariana didn’t go top 10 during this "weak" week but still it sold 28k and had millions of streams :oprah:

I think songs from soundtracks tend to have a low peak on BB100
for example:

Begin Again - Lost Stars (Duet with Matt McAndrew) peak 83

The Greatest Showman - This Is Me peak 58

Moana - How Far I'll Go peak 56

La La Land -City of Stars peak 8 .....on Bubbling Under Hot 100:rip:

even Let It Go from Frozen aka the biggest hit for a animation movie only peaked #5

surly there are songs that entered top 10 but most of them are pop songs and their success has little to do with movie
for example:

Fifty Shades Darker - I Don't Wanna Live Forever peak 2

Trolls - Can't Stop the Feeling! peak 1

Fifty Shades of Grey - Love Me like You Do peak 3

so we shouldn't care about the chart position on BB100 too much because it seems like songs from movie don't need to enter top 10 to become popular:sweat:
we should focus on the sales of the soundtrack more imo:hor:

hopefully they all split sales and streams between them

Not too worried about Logic and Kanye, but hopefully Lil Wayne does no more than 300k

I dont think so..I think he’s just dropping it that day on all platforms like he did with Ye.

This is me went top 10 in the UK and it’s still in the Top 20 on iTunes 9 months later and the album is still like top 5 ☠️
