Versace has a very unsustainable business model, half of its revenues comes from Clothing while the leather goods struggle to sale. Michael Kors, as cheap and basic as it is, sure will do something to help with Versace’s business model. I’m not 100% positive on this but with the confirmation of Donatella staying as the creative director, I figure at least it won’t hurt anybody lol.
