lgaga1fan 2,305
In The Zone was kind of ahead of its time in a way. A lot of the songs are similar to urban crossover hits that we have nowadays (Hookup, Showdown, Outrageous), and it set a standard for pop stars even though Britney was banned on radio (Toxic being considered a classic). Some EDM bits were behind for that time, but then a lot of its aggressive pop edm-ness was indicative of PC music's rise.
